I use a shaving brush and dispense just short of one press which lathers well. There is enough to lather twice (as per Men-U instructions) I get about 200 smooth shaves out of one refill. My only problem is that, when it stops dispensing, I have to keep putting a small amount of water into the dispenser and then I can use the remainder of the cream. This lasts for at least a further month.

I have been using shave creme for a number of years now and I find it is the best. When you have a neat beard it is good because it lets you see the edge of the beard and the stubble that needs to be shaved. Haven’t found any as good as Men-U.
